Orders placed on Oliwoodstore.com are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, upon receipt of payment. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Our different modes of delivery:

-- France Belgium Luxembourg --

- Mondial Relay: the parcel will be delivered to the customer within 3 to 4 days, the shipping costs are 3,90€, they will be offered if the order is higher than 49 € (only in Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg).

- DHL EXPRESS: the package will be delivered to the customer within 24 to 48 hours.

This service is charged at 6.90 € and free for all orders over 69 €.  

--Europe --

DHL EXPRESS : the parcel will be delivered to the customer within 2h to 3 days ( Europe )

This service is charged at 9.90 € and free for all orders over 100€.  

-- Rest of the world --

DHL EXPRESS : The package will be delivered to the customer within 2 to 5 days 

The price depends on the destination and the weight and is automatically calculated in your cart
