Return deadline
You have 15 business days from receipt of your order (as shown on your tracking) to submit a return request. Items must be sent back in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
Items not eligible for return
- Personalized or engraved items.
- Sale / Clearance items.
- Items showing signs of use, marks, or stains.
- Items damaged after delivery to the customer.
How to return
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or we made an error). Please ship your parcel to:

Please use a service with tracking and keep your proof of postage.
Returns from outside the European Union
The customs declaration must clearly state “customer return” and the reason for return. No duties or fees on delivery must be due; any parcel arriving with import charges will be refused.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges (except for manufacturing defects or damage during transport). If you need a different model/color/size, please place a new order. Once your return is approved, the refund is issued within 10 business days.
Refund timeframe
Once the return is received and validated, refunds are processed within 10 business days (up to 15 during peak periods) to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when processed.
When a return may be refused
- Return sent after the 15-day deadline.
- Item without original packaging, incomplete, used, or damaged.
- Customs/import fees requested upon delivery.
Faulty item or order error
Despite our quality checks, if you receive a faulty item or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 3 business days at info@olivewoodstore.com with photos. We will provide a quick solution (refund, replacement, or store credit).
In-store returns
Orders placed on olivewoodstore.com must be returned by post. In-store returns are not accepted.
